Two Outside open-air cabanas are included and for your use only ( (not intended for sleeping.) The first one has an outside porch of its own and also offers a screened in area for outside dining, with fireplace and large grille. You'll find a beautiful red dining table here to enjoy your meals. The second cabana has a hot tub and seating area. Beyond this, the fire pit. Plenty of space to enjoy coffee and wine with friends and family. You will also enjoy the sounds of "J Creek" in the distance. Watch the sheep across the way as they dabble around the land. Guests love the convenience of the cabin's location yet enjoy that it's off the beaten path and private. Explore the beautiful grounds and listen to the running creek that runs through the yard. Year-round access to the home.
Waynesville is nestled between the Blue Ridge and the Great Smoky Mountains, 30 miles west of Asheville. The 469-mile Blue Ridge Parkway, one of the country’s most popular scenic drives, meanders through mountain valleys and loops around Waynesville en route to Virginia’s Shenandoah National Park. The picturesque thoroughfare branches out to more than 100 hiking trails, ranging from short footpaths to the Appalachian Trail, which stretches from Georgia to Maine. Maggie Valley hosts festivals, concerts, events as well as restaurants, antique shopping, museums, live music and much more. Waynesville is a charming, old-fashioned town, with a Main Street lined with pretty trees and brick sidewalks. Wonderful restaurants (southern cooking!) breweries and wine. There are also many quaint storefronts, including a general store, a candy store, and antique shops housed in old buildings. But anyone visiting Waynesville should also spend at least a day exploring Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The park covers cascading waterfalls, more than 1,500 types of wildflowers, and dozens of historical mills and barns. While you’re exploring, keep an eye out for elk, black-bear cubs, eastern box turtles, and white-tailed deer.
PETS: We are pet-friendly with consideration, and we have a pet gate and doggie bowl if needed. PETS: $50 non-refundable pet fee and is per pet. Sorry, the cabin does not accommodate cats. Pets should be discussed prior. We do have sofa covers and require that no pets are on the beds or linens. Excessive hair, wear and tear to the cabin can lead to additional charges. We love having your furry babies, but the cabin needs to be respected for the next guest as well as our continued ability to welcome them. Thanks for your understanding and compliance.
